David Molnár

Born in the Czech Republic, I moved as a child with my parents to Germany. In 1995 I graduated from the "Pestalozzi Gymnasium" secondary school in Munich before commencing vocal studies at the Mozarteum in Salzburg.

I made my solo debut at the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma and sang in many of Europe's most important houses. Since then I have founded my own agency, taking over the personal management of artists including Irwin Gage, Grace Bumbry and Konrad Jarnot. As an agent I have worked worldwide for internationally renowned opera stars such as Grace Bumbry, Anna Tomowa-Sintow, Eva Marton, Helen Donath, Mara Zampieri, Inessa Galante, Dimitra Theodossiou, Melanie Diener, Marlis Petersen, Ruth Ziesak, Christiane Oelze, Amanda Roocroft, Stella Doufexis, Anke Vondung, Christa Mayer, Nathalie Stutzmann, Siegfried Jerusalem, Peter Schreier, Herbert Lippert, Steve Davislim, Werner Güra, Konrad Jarnot, Stephan Genz, Dietrich Henschel and Kurt Rydl.

I am also focused on creating and promoting new projects, including concert tours for choirs and orchestras. I collaborate with all major CD and DVD labels, radio and television companies. I managed the renowned quartet whose members were Marlis Petersen, Anke Vondung, Werner Güra and Konrad Jarnot.

I specialise in consultancy, masterclasses and the discovering and supporting of young talents.

I co-authored with Andreas Hillert and Christina Lemnitz the book "Opernsänger - Überlebenstraining" which is published by the AMA Verlag.

I speak German, Czech, English, Italian and French.
